Finally got to see PCC tonight. I haved now watched all 14th region teams and PCC is by far the BEST team in the region. Amazing!!!! Not a single weak link in the starting five. Only negative is not very deep. PCC will WIN the 14th and possibly win 2 or more in the state!

LCC has fallen off the map! Bad coaching, no hussle, bad attitudes, etc. Still hoping for a turn-a-round but at this point its looking pretty bad. Coach Hammonds needs to address his team and tell those kids that if they don't want to play and give 110% then get out! I have said it already and will say it again.....I would rather lose every game by 20+ with players who give everything they have then to play like LCC is right now!

I think Stewart is the worse one about not hustling,gets mad easy, had 10 turnovers,when he fouls he laughs about it. I think the Trent Whitaker kid should start over Boggs. Kind of bad Coaching to IMO, even some fans at the end chanting "We want Justice." Personally don't see that happening again. But Perry is the real deal and the best in the 14th.

Before we say PCC is going to the Final 4 we need to see what the draw looks like at State.
And maybe even the draw in the 54th lol

I said that this team can b special because they have all the pieces. This team is no where close to what they can b yet. Everyone has just seen glipse of them so far. This team has alot of players that can go for 20+ on any given nite. When they understand that, this team can b scary!!!!

It was 38-29 and PCC went onto a 13-0 run to seal the game. Listened to it on radio. Sounded like transition defense and TO's leading to easy baskets were the keys. Stewart picking up fouls hurt along with Johnson being off offensively. Beverly started game off strong. Paige sat out 2nd quarter. Came back strong in 4th.

I was very impressed with the Cornett boy he is very strong, plays great defense, has good hands and seems to have a good attitude. PCC PLAYS VERY UNSELFISH FOR THE "STARS" THEY HAVE. It seemed like their offense just came so easy. All players are always moving until a good shot opens up and they take advantage of that. They play really good defense and easy buckets inside dont come along very often against them. Watching this game was like 1 team with a mission and a clear goal of what they wanted to do, and they did. LCC's offense was just very confused, no good open looks just struggled passing the ball around. Turnover after turnover. No outside shooting threat at all. Bottom line, Just outmatched with talent tonight!

Teams have figured out that LCC has very little perimeter game. Perry is a nice team.Last night was the first game I have watched either team. PCC has the potential to go a long way. I thought LCC played very uninspired basketball. They have the necessary components to be a region contender but are not playing well at all. I think they have only scored in the 3o's in each of their last three games. That won't win alot of games. On the other hand-PCC is an impressive group with several talented players.

I agree with you Windsprint. They are playing uninspiring ball. Seems like they give up at the first sign of adversity. Sad because they have the talent and athleticism to play with and beat anybody in the region. Hammonds better figure it out because they have several games left they can lose. Also the Cornett kid was a beast. Totally dominated Stewart. Haven't seen PCC since last year but this kid looks like a different player. Maybe the only kid KCC or LCC has no answer for.

DoctorJ---This Cornett kid is the younger brother of the one that played last year. If I am not mistaken, he is only a junior. kid has a lot of upside

You are correct and he just turned 17. Very young and has a great upside. If he gets in great shape he could get some good looks from colleges.

maybe iif coach hammonds wouldnt have ran most of the senior class off when they was younger they would be loaded! The senior class had 10 great players freshman year an there down to 5...think about it! they beat every team around the mountains! GOOD JOB HAMMANDS or ssould i say over paid hall mounter! lol
