Sports Xpress Recruiting Xclusive: Camron Justice
#1
It's rare but there are some occassions when a freshmen garners national interest and that's the case with Knott County Central (KY) star Camron Justice.
The 6'2 160 lbs. combo guard is already hearing from "Eastern Kentucky,Detroit,Virgina,Notre Dame, and Marshall."

The freshmen says "Notre Dame stands out to me, although I haven't been there yet." He says "they have a very good basketball program, and that's why I'm interested in them."

Justice has already began taking some unofficials, as he's already been on the campuses of Marshall and Eastern Kentucky." On his visit to Eastern Kentucky Justice says "I liked the campus, and the facilities."

When it comes time to head to college, the young man from Hindman (KY) says "I would like to play with Evan Hall."

He's got plenty of time before worrying about a college choice, three more years of high school after this one. Just enjoy the high school days right now.

Him and his father are both cowards...I'd love to see him go to Louisville just to watch him get beat every year.

But, I'll go with the old adage I've been going by thus far...don't have anything good to say, don't say anything at all. Had to include it though.

Why didn't you take your own advice before you said it? Let's see if Real Badman shuts you down!!!!!

lol..it's the truth. I knew I'd get some people crying. I'm not going to act like I love the kid when I don't. He's a coward...the way he and his father did ER and the school district was cowardly, simple as that.

Carry on people...

The kid is a hell of a player, don't get me wrong...he'll lead KCC, if he stays there, to Rupp a few times before he hits college, and he will go to a D1 college easy. But, he and his father showed their true colors in the way they left Pike Co, and I don't appreciate how they did the rest of the team. Could've been handled much better...you just don't treat kids like that.

This is why I say the things I say. It was dirty, no other explanation.

When it comes to colleges, I agree with Lookayanner. He's got plenty of time, and he will receive many, many more offers...I'd not be worrying about it to much if I were him. And I believe the only school that's been listed that could get his services would be Notre Dame...he'll get plenty more looks from most of the top programs before the season is even out, not to mention the offers he'll get and the growing he'll do in the next 3 years.

I doesn't bother be to much to be honest. I admit what Justice did was a little sketchy, however I've spoken to him (Raymond) many times and he's a good man. He only wanted what was best for his son.

Glad to see the young man getting national attention! I think he needs to wait until at least his Junior season to decide on a college!

LOSERS QUIT WHEN THEY'RE TIRED, WINNERS QUIT WHEN THEY HAVE WON

Don't mind that a bit. But they both had the chance to do it right, instead of abandoning his players and teammates, but they didn't. That's what gets me. Although I think if you'll pull that stuff now, you will your whole life, it's a non-issue now. I may be a bit hard on the kid himself in some people's eyes, but not Raymond, at all. They lost alot of fans with their actions, and I can't just forget about it.

Like I said, that's pretty much end of the story. Not really debatable, and those who agree agree, those who don't, don't.

It's funny how people love to go on and on about how ER is such a bad school and how they recruit...but when I point out what kind of horsecrap this kid and his dad pulled on the team, everyone wants to just sweep it under the rug?

I am just wondering why you haven't been shut down. Apparently, everytime something negative is said about East Ridge the thread gets shut down. You are a moderator. Shut yourself down.

He has plenty enough fans in Knott County and Eastern KY....Cowards? You call them by name , yet you hide behind an alias? :please:
#16
Cam still has a lot of fans at East Ridge. He is a great kid.
#17
We see who are real cowards are along with their families. Bunch of low life classes cowards they are. I love the fact we can call kids names on here.

You and your family are a bunch of low life cowards. Dang i like the fact we can say these things with out getting deleted.

Everyone that has a kid is a coward along with their child. I love this. Bunch coward kids.

I am very new to this website and let me just say, I am stunned that a comment calling a high school freshman a coward would be tolerated. And for the comment to be made by a moderator all but means it is condoned by the site administration. I can understand if a person takes exception to the way things were done. They are certainly free to voice their displease. However, the comments that were made are totally unacceptable. I call on site administration to do the proper thing, IMMEDIATELY.

100% correct
#25
This is putting alot of pressure on a young kid !!! He is a good player !!
#26
Justice is the best player in the 14th and has the most upside as well. He was an 8th grader last year and he had the right to go anywhere he wanted to go entering into his freshman year. He's the best to come along in the mountains for many a year. Good luck to the young man and I wish the folks that run this site would stop all bashing of these kids by adults. If you don't have anything good to say, then don't say anything at all.

A comment calling a kid a coward is ok, but call vundy an idiot and he will delete your post.
#28
I want to know what they did exactly that was cowardly?

His dad got a better job.
#29
Why is these things so hard to realize. Get this back on topic and stop the insulting.
