Denny has his ball club playing very good ball but I just cant see the Commodores losing this one.

Fugate is a great coach and Breathitt will give it everything they've got, but Perry is just a better team. I think they are the best team in the region by a slim margin over Knott.
This region is a two team race. Yes, I know Letcher played Knott close the other night, but when tourney rolls around in late Feb it will be the winner of the Perry-Knott game playing in Rupp.

Breathitt is playing well, but too much defense in this one for them to win. PCC plays very good defense and has some offensive power to score. Breathitt's guards do not play very good defense so Beverly and Paige will blow right by them and take it to Frayley early and often. And I would say Huff will be chasing Noble around all night to limit his touches. Perry by 15.

PCC poses a lot of matchup problems for Breathitt. They have Cornett to offset Fraley inside. Huff and Paige to matchup with Noble. Alex will have to have a huge game for Breathitt to win.

I think Breathitt keeps it close but PCC pulls it out. PCC by 8.
