Barbourville only has 1 loss and that was an Overtime loss to South Laurel (73-71) all there wins have been blowout wins with there closet win coming within 16 points. If Powell can limit the turnovers and make there shots then they can hang with Barbourville but if they can't and they turn the ball over a lot then I do believe Barbourville will roll.
PPG:
Powell County: 69.1
Barbourville: 78.9

The one team your talking about is Knox central and they play the same teams only differences is the Christmas tourments. And if "any" team gets hot they can win so I don't know where your going with this post. Yea they should had won the south game but they made some mistakes. Your just picking on the little school just because they are an independent school doesn't mean they can't run with the big schools.

Barbourville will win by 10. On a neutral floor they would be pretty even, but I'm assuming if the tournament is at North Laurel then there will be 13th region refs. Unless an out of region team is 15 to 20 points better, and with a deep bench, they can forget it. Not gonna happen in the 13th. They protect their turf better than any region ref association in the state. Many of the old timers aren't officiating anymore, but back in the day you couldn't have taken UK in there and beat them with Charles Kirk, Ralph Woods, Mike Ashhurst, and a few others calling the game.

This doesnt make since to me? Are you saying that Barbourville plays a schedule just as hard as Knox? The only quality opponents Barbourville plays is North, South, and Bell. Knox plays all of those plus Boyle, Clay, Wayne Corbin, Harlan Co, and Pulaski Co. Granted Barbourville may play a couple in the All A, but Knox will be at Western Hills playing tough opponents as well.
As far as the game with Powell.... Tiger 75-63

I'm not taking anything from central but they play 12 of the same teams. Jellico middlesboro Leslie which Knox lost to. The Christmas tourments they play different teams bville plays Powell lee and barren all good teams. Yea the All A takes away from them playing bigger opponents but Doesn't mean bville can't play with central.

Powell has one of the toughest schedules and the hardest playing, most skilled team that they have had powell is doing good this year coming off big wins there team morale is up and they are ready to pull off an upset. There student section will be a big factor as they go on the road even though its a neutral floor powell will be able to pull off a big win with marcum and pelfrey and monett and dennis and conner playing at there best they are finally playing as a team and are ready to sweep the tigers.
Powell takes it 68-63
Powell takes it 68-63
