KMSFA All-State Teams playing today on iHigh.
#1
I know this isn't the middle school thread but a lot of people never check out the middle school thread so I though I'd post here. The KMSFA All-State 7th and 8th grade teams play the Wisconsin and Minnesota all-state teams at Lafayette High School in Lexington today. These kids are very, very good and are looking to represent the state a little better than they already have. I think this is the last game for the 7th grade but the 8th grade could move on to play in a national title of sorts if I heard correctly. They already beat the Illinois all-stars 38-0 and 44-0 respectively. There are some kids on this team that should interest high school football fans from all over the state as they have collected kids from Paducah to Paintsville on the two teams.

The 7th grade are set to kick off at 1 pm. The 8th grade will start right after so probably 3ish.

Hope some people get a chance to check these kids out if they are interested, the future looks bright in Kentucky.

KY 7th grade comes from down 20-8 to win 30-28 over team Minnesota. Hell of a game. The KY 8th graders are playing team Wisconsin right now and are up 40-7 in the 4th quarter. I think the 7th graders are done but the 8th graders will move on and eventually play in the FBU National Championship in San Antonio if they keep winning. Great showing by our middle schoolers again today.

Absolutely. If they can make it to San Antonio it will be huge publicity for Kentucky football and for these young men. Either way, they are representing the state well.

That's great!....My youngest played in the first KMSFA in-state football all star game two years ago at Kentucky State U. It was a great time and he got to know several other pretty good players statewide. My avatar is of him before the game that day. I'm glad to hear they are now playing out of state teams as well.
