Great jobs by both teams tonight. Boyd fought hard the entire game, but 3 starts fouled out in the last minutes. Ashland bench really came through tonight. Double 00 for Ashland gave them a real boost and number 21 for Boyd played well . Can't wait to see the rematch. I thought Boyd out played and out hustle Ashland. Good luck to both teams.

If anybody seen the Ashland paper you will see a big reason in the score of the game the picture of Fouche blocking Brown with no contact was called a foul, then the other picture of Fraley blocking Cullop with contact was not called a foul. This was the case thru the whole game. Watch the film same stuff all night. I agree though Boyd out hustled Ashland most of the game and Ashland going to have learn to play more physical and finish plays thru contact

Two contrasting styles it seems. Finesse vs. physical. Boxer vs. slugger. Makes for great games. Great rivalry.

Great analogy Steve. Creed vs. Balboa. Ashland will have to get more "mean", however, or they might just lose the title fight.

Yes, a good early season matchup between the two top teams in the 16th. Very good win by Kittens to beat B.C. on their home floor.
