I downloaded the new update and the video lags behind the sound.
I tried uninstalling and getting the old version but Netflix forces the update when I start the app.....
anyone having this problem?

Just out of curiosity but why would you want to watch a movie on your phone?
The screen is so small that I'd think you be barely abe to watch it in good comfort.
