This Mayfield is just scary, holy cross QB running for his life all night. Holy cross' line looks like a college line, didn't matter. J Jackson is highly motivated to win, can't be stopped!! What is crazy is we didnt even play all our kids!!

Biggest difference from last year's beechwood team to this year is last year, Beechwood's running game was very predictable and one dimensional. Vocke was the only threat. A very fast RB can hurt big defenses, but it cant do much, if anything, against a fast defense. Follow that up with a passing game that didn't exist and you know how to shut them down.

This year, Beechwood can attack defenses with a speed back in Vocke, a more physical back in Nussbaum, and they can throw when they need to. The O-line is a lot better at zone blocking. I don't think Beechwood will win, but it will be a lot closer than last year

I was a little shocked how good Mayfield was last year, and how easily they beat Beechwood. I do think Beechwood is much better this year. Hopefully it's enough improvement to beat Mayfield.

Hmmm, Mayfield's 1st team defense has given up 40 pts. My prediction is a 28pt victory. Beechwood is no better than they were last year, Mayfield has a stronger defense and their offense is just a step behind from last season. The NKY people will soon see.

mayfield has scored 38 pts against beechwood in each of the last 2 games. beechwood scored 0 and 14. competition level does not matter in this game as that has been proven twice. well 4 times if you count the 2 state games that we won. our defense is better than last year so with that said is beechwood 24 pts better than last year? coming to mayfield and never getting a win against us will way on their minds.

Look!!!!!!!!!!! Mayfield has improved each week not only as a team but at every position, the offense is a step behind last years team and the defense is twice as good as last years team of course they all know who #9 is but I think they will meet #5 the player formerly known as #19 last year, I think with a few surprises this year Mayfield will win big I have confidence in them but with all that said lets support these kids on both teams as long as it is a clean game which I think it will be these kids are all friends on facebook

Mayfield is a good program but noone in the eastern united states has the team speed of trinity. And I disagree with comparable to highlands or central mayfield may be the fastest team in 1a but Highlands and central Have about 30 kids that can flat out fly. That's why most if not all of there players only play one side of the ball.

I love the jabs at each other in this thread but the main thing is these teams are definately 1 and 2. Or i think so anyways. Mayfield will win this game because there playing at home and its going to be a big time crowd at the game.
