Spongebob Wrote:I agree dei, I'm taking a wait and see attitude before I'm ready to say Robinson and Fraley are top 10 players in the region. Lets see how they do this season. I know both are really good and that their future is bright.

At this point I believe Fraley is ahead of Robinson in maturity but as Robinson gets more playing time and confindince Robinson has alot more skill and ability.

blessed Wrote:No doubt Robinson is a good player with alot of upside but is to young to start praising. She did get a alot of playing time at the end of last year, and she didn't look great in the Aries league games I saw. Think it will be a toss up between Slone and Robinson for point position. I would give nod to Slone for experience and strenght, Robinson still will have her time to shine the next three years.

Agree, Robinson just might behind Slone. The Slone kid is a solid point guard with experience.

I'm not sure I see all this experience people keep talking about. Everybody was young last year besides Farris and Gambill as far as 16th region play goes. Slone is every good player more of a utility player being able to play the 1-4, however the skill level of Robinson is a whole different level then the rest of the 16th. Not the strongest or the most athletic but more then enough to hold her own.

There alot of good girls at Ashland and others in the 16th. It will take everyone on the kittens team for them to reach their goal and for them to believe ineach other. They each have their own strengths and weakness that they need to work on, but I a sure you 1 person doesn't make a TEAM. Farris, Robinson, Moore, Fraley, Gee, Day, ect. Can't do it b theirselves just ask Lebron it doesn't happen. Go Cats

Class AA?
Class AAA?

Any athlete that places in the top 8 at the Kentucky state track meet for any track/field event is considered an all-state track athlete for that year. After a little research, I found that Farris placed 7th in the long jump at the state meet for BOTH her freshman and sophomore years. Ashland competes at the 2A level. As I posted earlier, she did not compete in track/field her Junior year.

Thats awesome and a great accomplishment!

Cat Scratch Fever Wrote:Brooke Gee is not a top ten player, even in this weaker region. She was the second or third best player on a team that couldn't hardly win a game the past two years.
