ill take WC in the upset.
I honestly think the other 3 district 8 teams will win and if WC can pull this one out than i district 8 will sweep IMO.

I dont think it will be like last year though...

The Warriors defense has given up a lot of points, and that may be the one factor that keeps them from winning this region, but they have too much offensive power for WC. SW by 10.

Toss up game. SW has had some head-scratching moments over the past few years, so I take Whitley by a close margin. 4 point game.

I'm taking the Warriors in this one. Interim head coach Andy Stephens will have Southwestern ready to go in this one. I can guarantee you that it won't be a 45-0 trouncing like last year.

Before the LCC game I would have took Whitley for sure. That loss made me lose some confidence in WC. I still think they have a great shot. SW's district is pretty bad. Those kids at SW have been through a alot and it is hard for me to pick against them.

Should be a good physical game. I don't think Southwestern will back down to Whitley's physical pound it out style of play and will end pulling away a little late in this game. I wouldn't be surprised if Whitley won, but I just haven't seen the consistency to pick them in this one.

Southwestern is on an unbelievable tear since Anderson left. I think that the Warriors might even make it to a Regional Final.
