Mine is to spend more time with family & friends, get in shape, getting financially stable and to get a car.

Get in shape, get my license, be more optimistic.

Well I had surgery this past summer, I had a bar put in my chest because my chest used to curve in. Well it scratched a whole in the lining around my lung, and they removed a liter and a half of blood from that lining. So my new years resolution is to keep myself healthy, and protect my bar...lol

Gain my 30 pounds back.
12-29-2005, 12:28 AM
Actually I'd like to have more freedom with my step-dad and for him to understand that I'm not 14 anymore...
12-29-2005, 03:06 AM
I second that.
I can't wait to move out and gain my freedom.
In 2006, my house will be a party house.
My parents will not see me very often.
I will continue to take as much care of Lexie as I can.
I won't be so negative and depressed at times.
AND EVERYONE WILL HAVE TO COME AND PARTY WITH ME!

Coming from an old ****. Freedom is not all it's cracked up to be. I went from 21 and freeloading off of my parents to 21 and married with a 3 Y.O. son. That was 15 years ago. We have since adapted and have 3 boys but man it's tough when you first go out on your own.
12-29-2005, 06:25 PM
I believe I'll gain about 30 pounds, sit on my ass alot, work a little.. Try to have as much sex as i can.. then i'll get married lol
12-29-2005, 06:25 PM
of course the sex will be with my future wife lol...
12-30-2005, 01:18 AM
Ill stop making Resolutions on New years that i know **** well im gonna break.
12-30-2005, 02:10 AM
CTD the sex had better come before the marriage otherwise you probably won't reach your goal there. LOL
Serious everyone wants to run run run when they get out but most realize fast that its hard hard hard and even though we don't want to admit it our parents were right right right most of the time. Don't forget them they're not going to be here forever and they're the only people in the entire world that have been with you since day one. Love him and appreciate them because they do you.

I do appreciate my parents from what they have done for me but it's time for be to have the freedom that everyone else has already had for years. My parents are overprotective and I still don't drive and can't ride with most of my friends and little stuff like that. All I want is to go to college, party, have some freedom, stay up as late as I want, wake up when I want on the days that I can sleep in, have my friends over any time that I want, and just have fun and be doing what I want in life with school. I will drive up and see them frequently and stuff but I just need to be away.
12-30-2005, 03:12 AM
Nothing wrong with tha. But remember that they only do it because they love you.
12-30-2005, 03:42 AM
That's what I have been trying to convince myself of but they just don't understand. We don't get along very well so it is very hard to explain but...they know nothing about me. We don't communicate. They keep me here so I stay in my room, they ***** about me staying in my room yet they would do nothing differently if I did not...Not a great family life at times.
12-30-2005, 02:19 PM
Tribe its like catdawg said, no matter what you may think they do love you and want to understand you, until you sit down with them and work your difference out, it will only get worse, take it from someone who has been there, and is still trying to get through to them.
12-30-2005, 06:32 PM
I can't sit down and have that discussion with my parents because they don't understand and they don't want to know much about me. That's fine with me though, I don't want them knowing ALOT of stuff. When I move off to collge then they will realize they should have raised and taught my little sister better because they will be screwed when I move out.
12-30-2005, 11:35 PM
spend more time with my wife
12-31-2005, 01:18 AM
to waste no more time making New Year's Resolutions so I won't be disappointed!
