So Perry gives the number 1 team the closest game they have had all season and nearly beat them but drop in the polls and are behind a team the beat in johnson and a team they would smash in hazard. Like i have said countless times, the wymt sports team are seriously idiots.

I can see why it was voted the way it was, I may not agree with it, but I do see the logic behind it. The only thing I really have a problem with is how far Knox got dropped after playing an extremely close game against a good Russell County team.

Rankings arent worth the piece of paper they are printed on.
What does it matter to be #8 or #3? Nothing. Its not until you step on the field that the true rankings are determined.
I know in other sports a lot of coaches who wont turn stats or records in simply to keep there kids out of the rankings. They want to be overlooked and have the element of surprise.

For the record, Perry Central never dropped from last week. They were 8th last week and remain 8th this week.

Hazard ran it up the gut against Prestonsburg and you see what happened to them. Oh yea that was the team perry only beat by one point with help of the officals!!!
Yea if the Perry board hadn't cut their on set off they would still be playing!!! In other words they started the not playing mess!!! NOT HAZARD!!!

Looks good to me.
Its never going to make everyone happy unless its split up in classes, however, for what was done i think its about as close as it could be.

Not to rain on the whole we Perry and Hazard aren't playing parade but if you want the truth it boils down to the fans that couldn't behave at games. It was a riot or fight waiting to happen each time they played and it was only a matter of time before someone was going to get hurt.
IMO it was the right move to end the series for a while to let things settle down before someone did something that made the national news.

^I disagree. When they actually do meet up in district or region in basketball, all that tension will be boiling up all year, and the result is just going to be worse.
But ttt, these rankings are trash, but rankings are meaningless, and nothing more than bragging rights.
