I got that part...team A vs team B, but you had team A vs all other teams in the state. Can you do out of state team A vs all in state teams. Like Elder vs all KY schools.

I believe the calpreps program uses Freeman Ratings to generate it's data
Massey lists RANKINGS only
Freeman/Calpreps also give RATINGS which helps
compare how close 2 teams are in strength
A rating of 0 = completely average team, positive rating is better than
average, negative is worse
The point spread of a given match up is about = to the difference between
the two Ratings on a neutral playing field.
Home field advantage is usually worth about 2-4 points
it gets a little geeky but you can use those rating values to project
the likelihood that any give team with defeat another using the Sauceda formula
I have been working on reverse engineering this since last season
