Mills was absolutely amazing! Outstanding back that may lead his team to a state title. Whitley County is definitely a complete football team. Good luck the rest of the way from Johnson County!

The young Tigers showed some fortitude by grinding out the victory in this tough, hard hitting, yet sloppy game. PJH will have to clean up a lot of mistake areas to keep this run alive. Way too many penalties and fumbles. However, these kids showed what they are made of, and their hard work in practice came to the forefront. It certainly was impressive to see the middle linebacker back out there playing his game after sitting with an injury for a few games. The kid brings a lot of emotion and intensity to the team on both sides of the ball. He is clearly a leader on that young team, and the other boys feed on the energy he displays. To win when you don't play your best is the mark of a championship caliber team. Now the Tigers can move forward with this one behind them, and work toward the next goal versus Owensboro Catholic. Should be a tough one, but this Tiger team has the size, speed, skill and guidance to match any opponent. Go Tigers!!! Good luck in Lex.

Congrats to the Tigers, I heard it was a heck of a game and good to see the program has a future. Can't believe the linbacker played he must be one tough kid. Seperated shoulder? and still played?
