At that rate, I could afford to take off 6 months and still equal out. Don't insinuate that I don't work for a living. You started this shit Hoot, feel free to stop anytime you want. I got all night.

Working for a living should not be construed as boasting. Boasting is claiming that you make far more money than somebody else and implying that you have earned a lot of money for which you actually did no work. No bragging, just fact.

It's great that you are able to take a few months a year to be with your family. Personally, I have no plans to retire until I am no longer capable of earning a living, but I plan to travel around the country and semi-retire by reducing my workload to 6 or 8 months/year in about 10 years or so. As I said, I enjoy what I do for a living and would not want to sit around at home or work in a job with somebody hovering over me.

Meanwhile, those that occupy Wall street have a sinister intent. They are actually calling for the downfall of captialism. What do the knotheads think we could replace it with?
What we are seeing in the streets right now is the same old mindless rebellion for the sake on nothing other than being rebellious. The only rule to follow to be part of the 'movement' is to be against the status quo. Just like they did it back in the 60's, opposition to the rule of law and disdain for anything civilized. It's the same thrill one might get by vandalizing a car or a school building. Wreaking havoc for the sake of contempt for anything good.
Of course Pelosi, Wasserman-Shultz, Obama, and the rest of the utterly-mindless on the far left are all for this display of demonic writhings. They, the left, are convinced they can make a case for equating recent 'civil unrest' (near riots) complete with outdoor sex and bodily eliminations, with the Tea Party Movement that swept a lot of their ilk out of office in the elections of 2010.
As I have made mention before. There is no low which would be too low for the left to stoop, in the effort to retain office. They literally would rather reign in hell than serve in paradise. The question begs to be asked. What would be too much? Totally anarchy? Nuclear attack? When will sensible folks finally wake up and see the truth? Three years ago, if you would have told me Americans would allow a newly elected junior senator, now president, to redefine every social, moral/religious, industrial, and financial concept. And, spin all of that to interface with the dubious green agenda, I would have laughed in your face. Now the cold reality of all of that, along with double-speak, civil unrest, a world in chaos, and a drum major-in-chief, "driving the bus" off a cliff fills me with dread and disbelief.
The constant berating and hate speak coming out of DC has done it's work. Like looters at the scene of a disaster, people would see wall street in ruins for the sake of some free spoils and a good drunk, or in these guys case, a good high. Rather than seek out an honest living, they prefer living like animals.

Otter: [to Boon] Germans?
Boon: Forget it, he's rolling.
Bluto: And it ain't over now. 'Cause when the goin' gets tough...
[thinks hard of something to say]
Bluto: The tough get goin'! Who's with me? Let's go!
[Bluto runs out, alone; then returns]
Bluto: What the heck happened to the Delta I used to know? Where's the spirit? Where's the guts, huh? This could be the greatest night of our lives, but you're gonna let it be the worst. "Ooh, we're afraid to go with you Bluto, we might get in trouble." Well just kiss my rump from now on! Not me! I'm not gonna take this. Wormer, he's a dead man! Marmalard, dead! Niedermeyer...

This is a perfect example of the absurdity which is the Democratic rationale. They (the dems and and their sugar daddy George Soros) continue to try to shape and define and finance, this so called 'movement' as cerebral. The real movement has been left on the streets, as health concerns heighten over the sewage and garbage nightmare.
All of the news shows are featuring liberal spin doctors who say the protesters are mad about Wall Street issues like hedge funds. People, the neo-hippies encamped at Zuccotti Park are there for the sex and drugs. IMO, they wouldn't know a hedge fund from a hedge clipper. Interviews with them have shown time and again they can't even speak in coherent fashion. They've been bused in to cause a ruckous by unscrupulous left wingers who have hatched a plan to make the Tea Party look like the Flea Party because they are scared to the core of the threat they pose to the liberal agenda.
Every time one of the DNC heavy hitters gets up to speak, among the first comments they make is to say that 'Occupy' is "just like the Tea Party". Exactly the same thing happened when Joe Biden et-al, got up and said Tea Partiers are all right wing extremists like the one that supposedly spit on Emanuel Cleaver (D) Missouri
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/03/28...16300.html
I think it's clear in this video of the event, that while yelling "Kill the Bill" some spray evidently did come out. But, the guy did not intentionally spit on the congressman. If you've ever noticed anytime a person yellls some spit does fly out. I mean, if you're Emily Post and you want to demonstrate the concept of why one should not yell, this is your video du-jour. While not acceptable at a State dinner, it is none the less a forgivable social faux-paux, worst case. This event is one of the 'pearls' that make up the laundry list of unthinkable no-no's committed by those descpicable Tea Partiers.
This whole Occupy Wall Street movement is a contived sham, and I believe anyone can see right through it unless, they just choose not to.

I really believe that left wing groups backed by the Obama campaign are fueling the OWS protests. Obama promised fundamental change and street protests are one of the main tools of the trade for community organizers.
Here is a scary prophetic interview of a KBG defector that was done in the 1980s discussing how the Soviets planned to use such tactics to defeat this nation from within. It is fairly long but it may explain why so many people are protesting without even being able to articulate what they are protesting about.

Please support all good police officers. If riots truly are coming to our country, they'll need as much help and as many prayers as possible.

The Marxists who are organizing these "Occupy" protests are working hard to provoke attacks by the police. Now, we have a smoky video of an alleged attack on an alleged veteran. Oakland's left wing Democratic mayor is getting fed up with the antics of the low life scum that are inciting riots in his city. It's good to know that not all liberal Democrats are as gullible as many of their comrades. All the video shows is the result of some effective Alinsky community organizing tactics.

Alleged, yea right. The video shows it, and the police investigation also shows it. He was hit by the police, then they refused to help him, then they targeted people that were trying to help him. Also, he not an "alleged" war veteran, he is a war veteran. Funny you say the mayor is fed up, do you just make this stuff up? The mayor is heading up the investigation on the police.

Quote:OAKLAND -- Scott Olsen, the 24-year-old Iraq war veteran who suffered a head injury during Tuesday night's Occupy Oakland protest, was paid a visit by interim Oakland Police Chief Howard Jordan on Friday.
Olsen is in fair condition at Highland Hospital in Oakland and continues to improve, friends said. The Daly City resident is breathing on his own and is able to write notes to doctors and loved ones, but has trouble articulating words.
On Friday, Jordan said he had visited with Olsen and his parents.
"I expressed my sorrow for what happened to their son," Jordan said at a City Hall news conference. "They were very receptive. ... I also expressed to them the process that's involved in terms of this incident, in terms of a full review and internal investigation."
Olsen's skull was fractured when he was hit by a projectile that apparently came from police lines. Olsen, a member of Iraq Veterans Against the War, was standing at the front of the crowd at 14th Street and Broadway when he fell to the ground.
As other protesters came to Olsen's aid, an officer tossed another canister at the group, video of the incident shows.
One of the protesters seen in the video, Claire Chadwick, 20, said she had been pleading with the officers to help Olsen when the device exploded at her feet.
"They wouldn't help him," Chadwick said. "I'm still in shock by their response."
