Where will these boys be playing High School ball?

Congrats to our boy Braxton, as well as Malik. Much deserved on Brax part. He is one of the hardest working and humble kids that I have been around. Big future for him if he continues on the road that he is on.
Braxton is at Perry Central. Malik not for sure, he lives in Louisville so you are not allowed to play high school until your senior year. It could be a variety of places, but he is a great kid with a great family as well. Hope nothing but the best for these two.

Braxton is the real deal. I would love it if he had the size of Zack Davis.lol

If Braxton ever decideds to take steriods, he may look like Davis. Not saying Zach has taken any but he dang sure looks like it. Now if Zach just had Braxtons speed, just think how good Zach would be.

That is fantastic that Braxton is getting national attention!! Anytime a kid from the mountains can break through and get comparisons to players upstate, that is a positive for our region!

This kid is amazing.
I watched him blow by some guy in a pigeon roost tobacco outlet shirt about 20 times in one game at the dustbowl.
That guy got pissed and drove his cavalier off into the sunset.

Braxton did well in the Dustbowl..
Specially for his size and skill set against opponents that play in that league.

Is Braxton's father Heston Beverly? I remember watching Heston Beverly and Cavanaugh Trent hoop it up years ago in the All A for Dilce Combs. I always thought those were 2 unique names.

cant wait to see him play this season!

He is a very talented young man. He looked great at the state tournament last March. That will get you noticed in a hurry in this state....particularly if you are a 7th grader.

yeah he lead the team in scoring!

Braxton did average 15 points a game (for the last six games of the season) including the 23 points that he scored in the state tournament. Just wish the whole team would have played well, in the state tournament, maybe they would have won.

Braxton put on a show at the Sweet 16 at Rupp. Can't wait to see him play this year!

If the Cornett brothers had played like they should be on the boys team and not the girls i think Perry would have won that game.
