well i just talked to his dad, seems that sometime in the magoffin game he jammed his arm and it give him a hairline fracture on his arm he had surgery on last year. he'sin another cast for at least three weeks then they will xray it again. the kid has been through hell all because of the cheap shot in the back at last year's south floyd game. tha good news is that it would be no more than 6 to 8 weeks to be back 100%. prater has worked his but off for this program so we all need to get behind him on this, it has to be heart breaking for him to go through it all over. his mom put on facebook the other day that she wished football loved him as much as prater loves football! amen to that, hope we get to see him play healthy one full season cause he is a game changer, no doubt about it! good lick prater Helton keep the tigers rolling.

From all indications it appears that Sheldon Clark can't seem to catch a break. Well, let us hope that adversity brings added strength.

Dixie Heights (6A) has 2 key offensive weapons (RB Bruns & WR Cohorn) who were not on the field at the end of the HHS-DH game last week. At 0-3, if those 2 are out, even the skills of D-1 verbally committed Zeke Pike (Auburn) may not be enough to beat Conner.

Hearing a rumor that Prestonsburg will be without Jamerson rest of the year.

Tilghman has six starters out - knees, concussions, shoulders, etc. Never seen anything like it.

My source is him and his parents. Original diagnosis was NOT good, but follow up with specialist was much, much better.

i heard qb for sc dislocated his elbow and was out rest of the season...any truth to that

Ryle will be without their premier Running Back for the rest of the season. The Raiders were a legitimate top 5 team in 6A, and now they will struggle to get out of the District.

Man those Mayfield Cardinals hit hard

Mayfield lost 2 players last week, a db broke his wrist and and often used back up RB dislocated his knee.
Beechwood lost 2 linemen last week, both offensive starters. One is lost for the season and the others situation is still unclear according to my NKY sources

Russell
Starting Guard Jace Kibbey will miss again this week due to a knee issue. Dr checked it out and wanted to observe him a little while longer. He got banged up in the season opening Greenup Co game and missed last week at Ironton. I'm sure everyone knows how important pulling guards are in the wing T offense. Not real sure who his back up is this week.
Tight end Justin Davidson. Not 100% sure of his status. I know he was on the filed at Ironton after the half in street clothes.

Very good to hear. What's the timetable look like? Jamerson is a weapon that will certainly make Pburg stronger when he is available.

He is gonna be a great one if he can get a full season under his belt. But I mentioned it a while back in the preseason that he was gonna be vulnerable. And yeah it sucks that one kid ruined this boys season. That team better hope they never play paintsville when he is 100%

Yeah I hate that for the Helton kid, his a good f-ball player. Who will step up and take his place on the f-ball team?? I wish he would have stay home and played for the Hornets!! You know he would have been on the winning end of things the last 2 years!!! Go Hornets!!!:biggrin:
