We need some cupcake wins to keep our tradition alive. It has fallen in the last few years and when we lose this bunch of SRs we will stoop to what we were the last 2 years.

i dont agree .. i think we have great group of underclassmen so we should just keep rolling

Who is going to carry the ball in Luna and Rowes place. We are heavy on SRs and our underclassmen have not got much skill. the freshmen Anardi will not be a Rowe.

True Ansardi will not be Rowe but he has great future ahead of him. the backs and line backers will not be concern for next year it will be O line concerns. Mcdaniels is good Shaffer is improving we have jarred lakes and our qb next year Ansardi will improve Bean is making good reciever so I think future is bright

I as do a lot of others disagree. We lose some real good def players in the twins, BB, Lakes, so we lose some good strenth and toughness

Yes Ansardi will be good and yes we will be losing BB, Ben and twins but we not losing toughness that be in them boys next year this program will keep rolling not just collapse after this year will The Rock win more next year than this year who is to say but what i like about the future is we have 24 freshman on the team that is great numbers and it will show in a few years.

Our roster only shows us with 17 freshmen, where did you get 24 from?

well i counted 24 at the game last thursday well 5 of them was sophmores , but still 19 is great number.

Why are we playing Sophs on a freshmen game if we have 17 of them. How good is the freshmen and JV teams this year

futures is jv, there is no freshmen team which is stupid. you would think if you had the kids to play you would have both freshmen and jv. it just takes away playing time from other kids, and i dont like it.

If futures are JV, why are they playing on Thursday when freshmen teams play. dont JV play on Mondays like they used too?

im not even sure any more i just know that they only have a future team. i think its meesed up. is there any other schools doing this now

IDK i think some schools are adopting this for money reasons, but our futures game is tomorrow everyone come out and support them

the futures team will be ok once they figure out their roles as individuals and learn to trust each other and play as a team.

found out at work that both Pulaski schools have JV and freshmen teams and do not play future games or whatever it is called. Some parents said they never heard of a future team. What has happened to our program? I heard the other day we dont even have 6th grade football anymore.

Yes they is no 6th grade football in Rockcastle and we are doing the futures team not jv not freshman which i think in long run is going to kill the program because it is taking away from the players development time. what good is it doing for 6th grade to play against little league answer is its killing their development. and the futures team is crazy if your freshman play with freshman plus if your good play jv they should have 10 freshman games and 10 jv games but they got 10 futures games it is dumb in my book

Reason for the change is numbers. Not enough kids for 3 teams.

Save money, kill the program. My family is going ot middle school girls volleyball, basketball games and HS 9th and JV volleyball games. If the other sports are doing it, then why not football. It isnt money, has to be something else.

Is this the first time we have had a so called futures team? What is their record?
