Betsy Layne - 27
South Floyd - 14

Bobcats name the score. Too much Hamilton and Hall.
#5
Raiders take it to Parsons and SF leaves with a W.
#6
Betsy Layne - 43

South Floyd - 27
#7
Betsy Layne-48
South Floyd-20
#8
I'll take the Bobcats in a close game. I think they will pull it out in the final minutes of the game. A TD or less.
#9
IMO BL has more talent. SF has a lot better coaching. I think talent wins this one.
#10
Betsy Lane - 29
South Floyd - 13
#11
Betsy Layne finds a way to take this one,42-41.
#12
Betsy Layne wins big. 48-14
#13
Betsy Layne for the win #33 Jarrell is awsome!

Westside are you talking about your 1 win in your coaching career in grade school. Same coaching staff as last year, Daniels was right there with them. Kevin your an asshole.

No Donnie wasnt right there with them Last year, He was the year before but he wasnt last year. and I know this because I was at every game the last 2 years and My cousin played for them last year. I know the boys are in better shape this year and Weston Little is gonna be a load for BL to stop also. Dont expect a blow out like last year. Not sure if SF can come in there and win but I think it will be more competitive.
#16
Billinz, Donnie was booth last year. I know this for a fact. (trust me) Donnie might not have been with him at other games but he was there is that one.

I think it will be a great game. Both teams are pretty young. Westin Little is a beast. I hope he gets recognition that Dakota got and goes somewhere big.

I dont think their was a thread on him going to play junior college, but congrats to him. Can't wait to see you in the UK blue and white.

This game will go down the wire.
#18
This will be a battle, but I think the Bobcats will pull it out.
Betsy Layne 28-21

I watched SFHS in both of their scrimmage games and their backfield is solid this year. If they can stay injury free and get some good line play, then they should have a nice season. I haven't seen BLHS play this year, but Coach Daniels was complimenting the amount of speed BLHS has. Don't know enough about BL yet to make a prediction, however, I look forward to watching this game Friday night.

I think that Betsy Layne has too much offensive firepower for SF to win. I think the triple threat of Dylan Hamilton, Kory Jarell, and Austin Hall will win it for the Bobcats!!

Betsy Layne - 31

South Floyd - 14

First of all thanks for the comments. My comments were meant as a compliment to Coach Daniels not an insult to Red. If you want to go there, my one win, came with an A team that had 12 players including a starting 5th grade offensive lineman, a 6th grade starting offensive lineman, and a 6th grade starting safety and we beat a Betsy Layne team coached by Red 36-8. Good luck with the rest of your season.

... I wonder what they would have been called if I would have picked South Floyd.

Donnie was in the booth a very limited time last year may 2-3 games tops and did very little. His son played Middle school football and had no time for the HS. The year before Donnie was very involved in the HS and at all practices and was in the booth at every game, He did very little with the HS last year and Coach Hall did all the play calling except for what My cousin did at the line last year since he was the QB the last two years. SO I think I would know how much Donnie was involved. anyways Im not trying to argue just stating the facts that Coach Daniels wasnt that involved last year.

As far as Dakota goes going to all those camp thru last summer is where he got his recognition , he went to J.C in NY on a scholarship or that is what he was told, He was there for first week of practice and really liked it, got alot of snaps while up there and was doing three a days, the day before school started the coach had all freshman meet with the financial department and they told him that he would have to have 6k for the first semester and by friday I think with was on Tuesday, anyways to make a long story short Dakota is in Morehead and is enrolling in school there and hopes to play football there after talking the there coach. The whole reason for him to Alfred State was a chance to get on the field (which he was) and school was supposed to be free.

Dakota is a hell of a player. Hope he gets a shot at MSU.

Westside, You did beat red, my son was in 8th grade that year. We had a heck of a team, but5 kids couldnt play because of a food fighting incident. Trust me, I can tell you everybody on that team and yours. Brandon Kidd could have been a heck of a high school player.

Yes, you did have a great team. As far as Brandon goes, I begged him to play football in high school and told him I thought he had the talent to be a D1 quarterback, and I still believe he could have. But he still did great. He had a great career at Pikeville College (he scored 2 points against UK) playing basketball and has a bright coaching career ahead of him.

My kid didnt play at the BL in high school he went down the road. I can give you my name address, whatever you want.
