Heard yesterday that big Dalton Cornett from perry got hurt in AAU and wouldn't be able to play next season...may be back around district or region time,has anybody heard the same thing?

Dalton Cornett, broke his foot playing for his AAU team "Kentucky Elite" last weekend. Heard he's out for the rest of his AAU season and should make a full recovery by the time school starts.

Thanks for the info - a broke foot - he should definitely be ready by season time at PCC. They will need the big guy this season.

He wont miss any of the reg. season, if all goes well on the recovery. He'll deff be back before October.

I talked to Dalton the other day and he said he'll be out around 2 months.. And NO Surgery <--- Good news..... Dalton is a good kid and a hard worker..... Wish him the best....

He is training with Paul Hughes and Tim Combs down at East Main Fitness as we speak. Im sure them boys will have him ready.

Dalton said he hoped to have his bench press up to 300 pounds and squat around 400 before the season started. He said, "No way that fat kid from Wayne County will push me away from the basketball again if we play." Pretty bold words considering that kid from Wayne is an absolute beast.
