They win year in and year out, Never in the news for anything bad (cheating, drugs, jail, etc...) They aren't cocky. They are a class-act team on and off the field. I just don't understand why so many people dislike them....

At Tennessee, he goes 0-4 against Florida and won with only one SEC title. Manning has been surrounded by offensive talent his entire career, Marshall Faulk (HOF), Edgerin (SP?) James in his prime (Borderline HOF), Marvin Harrison (Future HOF), Reggie Wayne (Number 1 reciever on most teams), Jeff Saturday (One of the best centers in the game possible HOF), good O-Line. All that talent surrounding him and he has a 9-10 career playoff record with 7 one and dones. Manning is a great regular season QB. I would take him over anybody as my QB in a game in September, just not in the playoffs. IMO, he is not one of the two best ever.

I will give you 41 but the Colts scored 0 that game with Manning behind center.
The 31 point game, 7 was from a pick six which the Colts were driving to tie the game, another 7 was from a short field which the Saints recovered an onsides kick. The D played better than that score indicated.
With a prolific offense that the Colts have had the last several seasons, 20 something points should be nothing to overcome. I am sure the Colts scores more than 20 points in their sleep in the regular season.

If it is so much the D, then tell me why that the Colts D allows fewer points per game in the playoffs (21), than the Steelers (22) and has still won 2-1 Super Bowls in the last 6 seasons. I know it is only a point per game average, but a team known for its D is giving up more points than the Colts who has "no defense". The Steelers score more per game than the Colts in the playoffs (26-22). It's not all Defense.
