The University of Pikeville has announced the signing of 6-7 senior Shane Burrell, a transfer from Union University.
Shane Burrell
- 6â8, 270, SR, Union University
- 12.3 ppg, 8.8 rpg
- Named 2nd Team All Transouth Conference
- Recorded 8 double-doubles as a Junior
- Recorded 10 or more rebounds in 11 games as a Junior
- Averaged 14 ppg and a team high 6 rpg at Trinidad St. CC
- As a freshman, Burrell played at Alabama A&M where he led the team with a 64-percent field goal percentage
- Prep: Dorsey HS, CA, Hometown: Los Angeles, CA

Yeah, with this kid and Cornett from Perry, they have 2 big Offensive linemen.

I don't mean to sound so negative but i'm going to. Cornett will never get off the bench at Pikeville College. The games much to fast for him. I know what you guys are going to say but hey it's the truth.

I agree..
Pikeville's style is very fast paced.. But you never know, Wells might whip him into running and gunning shape.
