People on here have no glue?????? They are jealous and since when has phelps won anything. Pike ville can't win anything but Runner-up. I don't think Feds Creek wins the county tournament without Camerom. Are you crazy or stupid?

Everybody can remember what a great coach McCoy was at Elkhorn City and Pikeville College and they are jealous that East Ridge is going to get a coach of his caliber. He sent Scotty Hopson to University of Tennessee and NBA and Tyshawn Edmondson went to St.Johns before transferring to Austin Peay. So, be jealous ignorant people and take you kid somewhere else if you don't like him.

ERblue it should be about the kids and parents!! Not what you and McCoy want. And all I can remember is how he blew a national championship at Pikeville College and how he was run off from there and ECHS both. Guess the college and staff at Elkhorn just didnt recognize greatness. And its not jealous or ignorant to disagree with peoples decisions especially when they have made a series of bad ones regarding coaching up here. And more people agree that he has way to much baggage, he is too old, and his ablitiy to win without recruiting is questionalble. Sorry we are ignorant and cant be as smart as you who tells people to take their kids somewhere else, or threatens them losing playing time because their parents speak out, sorry we think it should be about the kids and not about McCoy,, but FYI that attitude of McCoy first is another thing we are worried about during the season,, McCoy taking Center Stage!

If this is a done deal for McCoy why hasn't he taken the job? I have also heard Eric Ratliffs name with this job any truth to that?

Know matter what you say, Randy McCoy wins games. He does carry some baggage but he does win. Some parents might not want Randy coaching their kids because he is a in-your-face coach. He knows his stuff! He is a magician when it comes to developing talent or getting talent. East Ridge does have some talent as well as Shelby Valley and Pikeville. Shelby Valley has a good coach that showed alot last season. He started out the season playing everyone on roster then setting in on a normal rotation. This is a sign of a good coach. Talent returning.... Pikeville does have talent but the coach has no intensity. He got out coached during Regionals by SV coach. Pikeville should have won it. Bart is a very good person but he is not an x and o coach. So, East Ridge if you want to win and win now --- ER needs Randy McCoy and now. They could be a big contender for district title in 2011-12 season.
