Ashland- Everybody back; need to toughen their schedule.
Rowan- 3 starters and one kid that played significant minutes.
Fleming- A lot returning from a 20 win team.
Boyd- Have to replace 3 starters?

Heard Boyd is getting some transfers in next year from East Carter and Ashland....this from came from 2 different sources so there may be something to it....

Watch for Lewis County. They return everybody but one senior. Return all that played major roles. Also have one of the best coaches in the region. Junior guard Taylor Frye and freshman center Savannah Anderson should be one of the best duos in the region.
