#1 Manual 55 - #3 Mercy 52. Manual improves to 30-4 on the season. This was the fifth meeting between these two teams this season with Manual winning 4 of the 5 - Manual's only loss to a Kentucky team this season was to Mercy. Congratulations to Mercy on a great season. They should be playing in Diddle also.
Manual won their second straight game without Jr. point guard April Wilson (Purdue commit) who has a fractured knuckle on her shooting hand. Wilson will also miss the State Championship next week.

BTW- Congrats to DuPont Manual. I agree, Mercy is a great team that would probably beat at least 8 of the Sweet 16 teams on any day.

No, meant State Championship TOURNAMENT. Huge challenge even if Manual was at full strength. Losing a 3 year starter and major D1 player makes it an even larger challenge.

Congrats Manual. One of the toughest regions to get out of IMO.

I still think that Manual can win the state championship without April Wilson. They will miss her, but they have so many good players.
