Same ole P-burg. They will beat you in football,basketball,soccer,rook,battleship and twister just because they are p-burg. Face it guys you have tradition in football but in basketball you are second level compared to the Rebels. Yes you beat us sometimes but on a conistant basis we own you. This is the cold hard facts. We have a better coach and it will show tomorrow night.:mop:

I totally agree!! Allen Central plays with more heart this year than I've seen in a while..our guys may not stomp pburg but we'll sure as heck take em..

Conistant? I don't think you have beat us since 2002.

Also, I'd add that if I were from AC, I'd also have high hopes, with a season like last year it can't possibly get any worse.

Well we'll see tonight won't we..if we lose then I'll sure be proud of the guys for tryin..I agree the season can't get much worse than last year..that's why we have "high hopes" for this season..and I'm guessin you bein from pburg you have high hopes for your team..think of it that way :Thumbs:

The last time Allen Central beat Prestonsburg was February 10th, 2004. Prestonsburg has accounted for 4 straight wins over Allen Central and knocked Allen Central out of the district tournament every year since 2002. The last time that Allen Central beat Prestonsburg in every game they faced each other was way back in the 2000-2001 season.

P'Burg will not take AC to the dirt. AC is a much improved team from last year. They play harder than any other team I've seen this season. Martin returns to action tonight after hurting his ankle against Pike Central, so he should be a presence down low and give Barnette a tough time. Music and Collins should play hard against Stephens and Herrick, and Slone is a lot quicker defensively than Leslie. I look for AC to run tonight and give the Blackcats a better game than what people expect. AC by 6!!

I think AC can win. It is true that they have not had "the best" season so far but they show promise. Collins #14 is a good shooter (22 against PC) and Josh Martin will will be back from his injury sit out, and ready to roll, which will give AC an advantage. they also have music who is shooting better each game and is a good ball handler. Even if AC does lose they will give PHS 32 min's of everything they have got. But i doubt they will loose.

D-1 players? If you had to go back to 1992 to figure out when AC actually beat Prestonsburg by 20 or more points then clearly they have not "owned" Prestonsburg.

Name yours and I will name ours. Titles? Regions,districts,all a's.....we have all of them. And we won them when Paintsville was one of the tops in the state, not when the region was at its weakest(1989 if I am not mistaken). You guys can brag about basketball all you want to and I am sure one day someone may believe you but not a true b-ball guru like myself.:king:

Such a basketball guru would know that Prestonsburg doesn't play in all A tournys. I'm not bragging about anything, just that as you said, AC owns Prestonsburg which is not true. :theman:
