It's possible, just checked the rest of the schedule for both Portland and Clips..
Clips would have to win a bunch, and Portland would have to lose a bunch..

But it is possible.

In there last 10 games Portland is 6-4 while the Clippers are 4-6.
8 games is a lot to make up, and the Clippers aren't gaining ground on them right now.
