Ashland Blazer - Fleming County Predictions
#1
Arguably the top 2 teams in the 16th region meet Monday night for a battle between undefeateds within the region. Who wins?
#2
Should be a good game. Close to call. I want to give Ashland the edge at home but I don't think I can. Fleming by 4.
#3
When is the game?

It seems like everyone post scoring threads with different titles, which creates a mess on the board and makes it difficult to sort through
quickly to read scores.

When posting scores PLEASE simply title your thread per the example below:

Maytown 62 - Auxier 30

Also, please spell out the teams names.

Example: JBS 55 - PCC 55

Correct Way: June Buchanan 55 - Perry Co. Central 55

When creating a new thread regarding a prediction between two teams, make sure that you put the date in the title as well.

EX: Lakers @ Knicks 11/30

Also, make sure you spell teams names out. There are many other LC's, JC's, PCC's, etc. out there.

It's simple, fast and easy. Thank you.

Ashland has been underestimated all season. Their press is very effective, especially if their opponent isn't prepared for it. Just like some others teams, I don't think Fleming Co will be expecting what Ashland brings to the court but with their experience, I'm sure Fleming will adjust quickly. Future matchups may be a different story but Ashland has the advantage with this being first meeting and it's on Ashland's home court. Should be very interesting game and may come down to the foul line late in the game. Ashland has been solid at the line when it really counts, so I'll take the Kittens by 5 tonight.

Ashland matches Fleming's speed, and I believe Ashland is more skilled. Looking at FC's stats, they don't shoot it well at all. Their leading scorer is shooting 28-29% from 3 pt range. They don't shoot it well from the FT line. If they can't turn Ashland over I expect Ashland to win by 11.

Home Court Vs. Experience. Very similar styles. Experience wins out. Fleming by 3 in a squeaker!

Good matchup for this time of year. Would like to see Fleming Co. play Boyd Co. Lady lions are playing very well.

Well, I blew the prediction on this one. I should have listened to NCIS who hit it right on the nose with Ashland winning by 9.
