I got to see the game and it looked as if Rock was almost bored during the game. The next game could be even worse, Somerset beat Pulaski Co.

I see two tough games coming up for Rockcastle very soon. At Clay and at Casey.

It worries me that Rock can't find that consistent 3rd scorer. I though Burton was going to do it but she has a lot of off games. She has shown signs of being able to do it. Let's hope she can.

A consistant third double figures scorer would be nice but it seems there has been a combined effort from the whole team to fill that void. In other games, Arvin, Abney, Burton, and Hunter have had 10 or more points. The scoring has been distributed pretty evenly it seems except for Hammond and Lawrence. I would like to know the scoring averages of the players to prove that. I don't think Hammond is averaging high point totals like the other Miss Basketball candidates are but she does so much other stuff that helps a team to win. And isn't that what High School sports is supposed to be about? Team play and winning and comraderie? Sara is a very unselfish player that would rather see Rockcastle bring home a championship than personal honors. That is the focus of the whole team of Lady Rockets or at least it should be. If they stay focused on the big goal, I don't think they are worried about a third individual scorer.

I personally think that makes them even more dangerous because they can get double figures from many spots and makes it harder for other teams to prepare for them.
