#7
Walt Crace- Paintsville

I know B Williams and he's a great guy. But he has a lot to get done (like graduating) before he'll be on the same level as Webb. I hope he goes far, I know he has the talent and drive and it couldn't happen to a better guy.

Surely you are not going to mention Brandon Williams in the same breath as Brandon Webb.
#16
justin slone from sf

I'm going to say either Neil Allen or Shannon Moore from Allen Central. Moore pitched the Distrcit Championship game and Region Championship in 2003 when the Rebels won both. I know Allen signed to play with Alice Lloyd, but I'm not too sure about Moore.

I believe after he graduates, Little will be the best pitcher to go through Allen Central. He has an excellent fastball and a tremendous slider. He also has a chang-up he mixes in effectively.
#21
Heath Castle or Willie Blair from Johnson Central
#22
brenton hamilton

Hard to argue with two guys who get drafted and especially one that makes it to the big time. I would have thought that one of you JC fans would have mentioned Adam Blanton. He did take Johnson Central to the final 4. How is he doing now? I know that he was hurt most of last year. He may be playing in the bigs himself one of these days. Too bad he had to miss most of his senior year. He was a great pitcher.
#24
Clay Salyers- Hazard
#25
There's been a bunch over the years, but I always felt safe with Randy Daniels. His daughter Heather, was a standout softball pitcher for Paintsville.
#26
Joe Skeans I think was a heck of a pitcher from South Floyd
#27
Bradon Webb is inarguably the best from Ashland. I don't know many from the past but Andrew Han**** is pitching at Marshall, so maybe he is a runner up?
#28
Shannon Moore
#29
Matt Coleman-Pikeville

Josh Shofner(95-98)was another good one for Pikeville and is the best pitcher to play there in a long time. He went on to pitch a few seasons at UK until he opted to concentrate on academics and it payed off for him as he is currently in medical school at Yale. Chad Roberts was named all-state in 99 going 12-0 on the season for Pikeville on the mound.
