good picks by herald leader, although I thought UL commit jalen Harrington would be on it. No surprise about his two fern creek teammates .

I disagree, some of these picks are way off base. Look at the primary reasons for being picked for this, and you will see that Mike Fields did not follow his own scale. He started with what was supposed to just be in consideration, and went from there.

I was not saying that they should'nt be on here. I was saying that some of them did'nt have as good of a season as some of the other kids in the state , they just have offers.

Then it's settled , everybody who made it, deserves it, there are only 22 spots.

I noticed that there were no players from Trinity, Highlands or Central. Three state champions with no seniors among the Class of the Commonwealth. Also, there were no players from Owensboro Catholic, Belfry, Allen County-Scottsville or Male. So seven of the 12 teams in the state finals did not have any of these seniors.

Don't wanna start a big argument, but.... sometimes the Best Teams in the state don't have the Best Players.... Just sayin

Right! These are individual awards not team awards.
No one bleeds black & gold more than I do , but most of centrals best players are underclassmen as with belfry.

Nice to see Branden Cresap make the list. If he were a little bit bigger he would be getting lots of Division 1 looks.

He certainly would, it seems Shelby county always had a great QB in the recent past. (I know he now plays for Collins ).

These are the best 22 players according to lex her leader . Sorry your player did not make it. Better luck next time, GET your emotions and insults under control we are talking about high school football , you should probably think about getting a life.
Now as far as me being a joke, that was not a punchline.
