What would you want it to be?
If your team could schedule any team in the state, and you were given the chance to set it up, what school would you most like to see play your school.
Also, what would you choose for a contract? one year deal, home and home, 10 year contract?
Whats everybody's thoughts on this?
Try not to state the obvious, I would love to see Whitley play Corbin every year, but until Corbin will agree to come to Whitley it isn't going to happen and everybody knows fans from these two schools want to see it happen, just like Perry/Hazard, so try to go away from the most intriguing game.
My pick would have to be Knox Central. Whitley played them a few years back and beat them down badly. But times have changed and they have got things turned around there now and it would be a solid 4A opponent for Whitley to play on a yearly basis. Close to home, only about a 25 minute drive, and not a burden financially. I think Whitley should drop Lynn Camp considering they have nothing to gain by playing a 1A school that they've beaten 20 out of the last 22 years. The only reason for this is because they've played every year since 1963 I believe? Not exactly sure, but I don't know when I was in high school it was the second longest annual game in the state, may be the first now.
But Knox Central is my choice, whats everybody else think?

Somerset is a great team but idk if they could handle Bell Co. this year.

Prestonsburg vs. Johnson Central
Way too many know one another from the two schools, so this would be a great rivalry and a big money maker for both schools also.
Wish the two coaching staffs would put away their differences and schedule one another.

I have seen both teams play and Somerset is very good. But I would say that it would be a 2 to 3 td. game favoring the cats over the bunnies. I hope both teams win their the state championship and are favored to do so!
I would like to see Bell and St. X in a home/home.

With Bell County being realligned to 3a, I would like to see them and Boyle play regularly. It is developing into a great rivalry.

I agree Rebel, would add a twist to the regular season that would prepare both for a high level of play in the post season.

yea i agree.. its been turning into a rival the last two yrs and could possible be a third this year.. it always is great for fans and the schools, so yea lets make this official and play each other...
