against SC how many of those passes was touchdowns, what did he do against rowan?
Hunter leads the team in rushing, and recieving yards.
hunter carries this team. and
plus look at the schedule, we might as well schedule games with blaine elementary school.

Shelldon Clark and East Ridge remain on the schedule just as district games now. Tolsia remains as well. Belfry and PCC from this year are close to being equal to Rowan and Greenup of this year. Ashland is better than Body, Pburg is better than Shelby Valley, Letcher County Central is equal to Winfield, Raceland is better than Paintsville. However, Jackson County could possibly be worse than East Carter and might be the worst program we've ever played. They haven't won since Halloween of 2008 and only have seven victories in the history of the program. So the schedule has gotten a bit tougher but still isn't that much better unless some of these programs get dramatically better by next year.

This is a team sport and cannot be carried by one player. Hunter is good but you have to give credit for the line that blocks for him as well as well as the efforts by team members Caleb Bentley, Jacob Marcum, Kyle Crum etc...and although the JYD does need to tighten up and have not been up to full speed .. without them LC could not have had any wins!! If you want to watch an individual sport go to at Tennis match..

It will be a LONG drive and hopefully an interesting and well officiated game this week. The refs from our last game graduated from Bungho U. school of refereeing dipsticks. Good luck to our Rock boys and LC as well. My son is friendly with a couple of LC players and appreciates the fact that they are a good team. Hopefully nobody on either team gets hurt and I'll be there rooting for Rockcastle to win.

Someone asked earlier, the drive from Mt. Vernon to Louisa is 2 hours 45 minutes (167.47 miles) I am sure that the buses do not travel that fast.
With Rockcastle playing pretty good football in the last couple of weeks, I give them a real fighting chance. They have played good football against good SW and Whitley County teams. (Many have told me that officiating and mistakes cost them the WC game.)
With that said, a team still has to find a way to win those games, and there is a reason Rock did not win, I do not know if this team knows how to. I hope I am wrong, I will still say that this team has SOME success if they win this game, but if they lose it Parkey is REALLY on the hot seat.

no concept about football?
that schedule for next year still doesnt impress me belfry isnt good anymore.
the defense is good, the line is good, the backs are good, but the passing game sucks.
im a lawrence county fan, i just say it as i see it.
everybody knows it. we suck at passing you can try to pull out stats all day that wont change a thing. the only thing that matters is winning and yes we have a good winning record but it hasnt been against quality teams and the teams we have beat has been on he ground. NECK!

I think alot of people on here need to be reminded what a prediction is: A prediction is what someone thinks is going to happen, and could happen but it doesn't mean it will or wont. I'm not going to get on here and bash Rockcastle because they are a well coached football team with great traditon. However I do like the Bulldogs at home in a good mountain football game.

Good luck to Rockcastle. I've always had respect for their program. Reminds me of the kids from home how hard they play.

okay, if the line wasnt good right hunter probably wouldnt score nearly as much, but if hunter wasnt so good then the line would have nothing to block for.
and everyone knows that we are a running team, we cannot pass, im sorry, i want us to win and i believe we will win but it wont be from the passing game, enough said.
sc and rowan can back that up.
and our defense is really good never said anything about them.
im talking about overall offense we cant pass, passing 5 or 8 times a game doesnt mean you can pass, throwing screens doesnt mean you can pass.
we have lived off the run all year for a reason.

the schedule has some new faces but it basicly balances itself out.
belfry is the worst it has been in years.
prestonsburg will be a very tough game.
on a scale of 1 to 10 I notice i said I being my opinion,
would rate next years schedule a 5.
which is going to be hard enough because the talent we are losing this year but still return big players like schaeffer, combs, bentley,

You are a complete idiot. Who do u want us to schedule? those are the toughest teams around here. Do u want us to schedule highlands and lex cath? Not only are they 4 hours away, they arent even in our region. Go ahead and name some of these so called tougher schools LC should have scheduled cause i cant think of one. You need to get the facts before you open your mouth. people like you dont even deserve to call themselves a bulldog fan.

cause its such a privilege and a thrill to call myself a bulldog fan.
you know the schedule is weak. thats all im saying. its weak bottom line. to be the best you have to play the best. you cant play teams like east cater and east ridge all season and say your the best.
they dont have to being in the region to play them..
sure schedule highlands, other teams schedule opponents far away schudule some teams like that.

I'm going to call it like this. LC gave us in Martin Co. one heck of a game. There schedule may have been weak this year but they played with heart and played hard. Good luck going forward boys and we will see next year with that much improved schedule.

Cross, Jude, Lyle, Bentley, Skyles, Marsh, Ray... stating whose better would all be opinion base.
As for the scheduling of next years LC team, its a better schedule to continue on growing with their program. Remember they have had a rocky battle the before turning it around. Although i could see some tougher scheduled teams, for example Johnson Central. It has been a while since they have battled. I believe Ashland will be new to the LC schedule this year, so that will be a great game.
Passing could be better in LC's offense, but hey, they are a running team. It could defiantly be a threat for LC is used more. They don't "suck" at passing, its just running stands out more. I believe they have thrown for over 1000 passing yards this year which is a great accomplishment, for Kiser and the recievers. Three players have over 500 recieving yards which include Crum, James, and Bentley. Thats not to "sucky" for being a running team in my book.
We should try to stay on topic which is predictions on Rockcastle and Lawrence County.

I like the new additions to our schedule and think it will serve good to our team next season. As for this upcoming game, I think LC comes out strong and shuts up some of the haters. hh:
