Beechwood might have something to say about that!!!!
Are they down this year?
I've not heard a lot about em, but they seem to always be a top contender in this class.

Don't count your chickens before they hatch. District title is up for grabs, you haven't won nothing yet

Hazard travels to Pineville next week ... loose and your on the road after one game for the rest of the playoffs ... While we will be at home for the whole thing ... So dont count them yet. You gonna have to earn it.

And thus far you haven't :ChairHit:

I agree. Pineville will be ready for hazard and will be pumped but pineville will have to stop hazards offense and so far ive not seen it stopped but a few times. The Breathitt County game in the 1st half they played poorly but still managed to be ahead. The Harlan game i have no idea how it went or was it a bad start or whatever but harlan came ready to play and give the bulldogs all they wanted and more in the 1st half. Pineville will have to stop the speed and i dont know if Pineville has seen much speed this year from the teams they have faced. But i predict Hazard 41 and Pineville 21.

Definition of irony: Criticizing someone else (Hazard for looking ahead to playoffs and Mayfield when they haven't 'earned it') for the same thing you are doing (looking ahead to a district title matchup and home field throughout the playoffs when you have a game this week).

Just sayin'...

Pineville have to get past Harlan this year. They havn't be about to do that the last few season. If Harlan play Pineville like they did Hazard, Pineville will have there hands full.
#9
Are there more teams in 1a than others because ive never seen a district with 6 teams in it. And do all of the teams in that district have to play eachother?
#10
Why is everyone saying your when talking about what NAVAJO4LIFE mada a comment about Hazard. I would bet he isnt even a Hazard Fan !!!!
#11
I am hoping they dont look past Harlan, take them serious. Get caught looking can spell bad news.

Beechwood will have something to say about that. The Tigers are playing very good football right now. Their schedule has been the best that it has been in 20 years. They have already played teams that are better than what they will see in the playoffs, thus I expect Beechwood to be in the thick of the title hunt

I dont see a lot of post from people from Western KY on here. Those that havent watched Mayfield play this year are missing out. They beat defending state Champs Paducah Tilghman in a close game. And have walk over everybody else. Not sure how good Hazard is but Mayfield is really good and fast. It dont hurt when your lead by a really tough Sophmore.

I want to see Beechwood win it all sometime soon.
