Highlands @ ??? 10/8 - Birds have a Bye
#1
Where will the Bird fans be as they prepare to the showdown (or beating given to) Cov Cath. What games will you catch this week, or will you make this a Honey Do weekend???
#2
The Campbell County game. It's reunion weekend, sorta. Campbell County is my default for Highlands bye week (or when they play Boone County or Scott, which is pretty much the same thing.) I spent two years there from 76-78, so I promised an old friend I'd go with him in case any of the rest of his/our class shows up.

I have heard this also.

I on the other hand will be spending a few days at the Greenbriar getting myself mentally prepared for the Cov. Cath. game.

Stardust, care to explain just what exactly is happening in the pic you posted????

^ It's a highly complicated, yet very effective wrestling move that chokes out the other competitor. I don't want to go into details on here of how to gt your opponent in that position because of all the younger posters on here who may try to execute the move on their own without proper instruction. Just one wrong move and you can get your opponent flipped the wrong way and then....Ohh, we don't even want to talk about that!

That's the difficult part of the move, and it takes years of training to perfect! Now you can probably understand why I said it could be vengerous for the opponent if he get reversed. It would have psychological effects that would las a lifetime....Confusedhh:

NCC41 is correct. Many players are traveling to Putnam Stadium to catch the game. The winner would be a likely opponent in the playoffs. Hope for safe travels down the AA Hwy
