Grats on the win CC! You guys have a huge game next week against the might Dores.
#8
A little closer than what I expected.

Congrats Tigers... great effort Whitley!

Glad to see our neighbors from Clay pull this out. I bet the Hooker - Wilson connection showed up somewhere here. Sounds like it was a great game by both teams.

I would love to get to see that PCC vs Clay game next week! Back in the college days I was the "Cable Guy" in Perry county and nearly every night got offered dinner by families I was working for as a young student. Great people. But those Tigers will be a mess to handle. Noah Reed is the real deal for speed. Should be a war.

Congrats CC on the win.

Whitley played well for the most part, outrushing and looking better all around than Clay. Turnovers killed Whitley once again, with the game tied at 22, whitley has the ball late in the 4th and throws a pick.
I'm not really sure why Whitley even attempts a pass during the game, its obvious we suck at it, and after tonight, which we threw 4 interceptions and probably only completed 4, we just gave it away.

This district is starting to shape out a littlbe bit now, with three teams at 2-0 and the other three at 0-2. I see Whitley picking up that 4th spot but i believe 1-3 is still up for grabs.

Whitley shocked Clay on the first play of the game with a score. Then after losing the kickoff on the onside kick, Clay settled down and held. Then went on to score 22 straight, before Reid went out with injury, Miller was already out and had not played. Then Whiltey got momentum and after Clay had an alleged fumble that nobody really saw on the Whitley kickoff, Whitley scored again and tied the game. Reid then came back into the game late in the 4th and scored the winning touchdown. With Clay's defense coming up big with 3 interceptions in the 4th.
Whitley is much better than the record would indicate, they have lost to some good teams.
Clay play short handed, but still able to pull out a tough road victory. They have shown they can take the punch and still some back and win the fight.

Congrats Tigers

Much closer than I thought...
congrats on the win CC.
SEE YOU NEXT WEEK!!!
#15
Congrats Clay Co.

Clay seems like they took Whitley a little lightly. They got to rest some of the banged up guys and still won. Whitley continues to fight, they still could finish 3rd in the district if they win out.

Clay and PCC will be a heck of a game IMO.

Closer than what I expected! Did Whitley play a good game or did Clay Co. put there JVs in a little too early?

Congrats Tigers!
