SC has a good coach and a nice program...they should be pretty good next season...I have heard the Dials kid will be good next season. Belfry will once again dominate AA-Region 4 next year but SC will make some noise and will contend for a home playoff game.

Didn't the current Sheldon Clark coach use to play for Haywood?

Sheldon Clark will have a good team there back field was young this year and next year if we can feel the linement spots all i got to say is watch out cause we could make alot of teams scared lol. I respect Philip Haywood as a coach its amazing what he has done at Belfry, and Shawn has started to turn around this cards team. All I got to say is even though its a year away i cant wait till Belfry comes to Sheldon CLark cause next year may be a different story. But lol looks like I will have to wait a year to see.

They should be OK next year. Coach Hager will have them hungry once again! He has a history of being around some very good Eastern KY coaches during his football playing days and assistant coaching days! I am very sure that Sheldon Clark will give Belfry their best! If the blackcats get back to the level that they have a history of this should be a wonderful district to watch in 2006!

Well for one thing Danny Hinkle isnt the only starter returning. Sam Schmidt started at center, so SC will have 2 returning starters and will have to fill 3 of the other spots. So I look to see some of the sophmores that had some playin time last year to step up and help out on the line. SC will have their backfield back with Howard, Dials and Kelly, and have our recievers Harless, Hayes, and then one boy that can play back or reciever Slone. So if the line can get the job done next year, and block like they can, then SC will have an awesome running attack and then if the other teams key in on the backs, they can just throw the ball and still get the job done.. I think that if they play like they can they can have a 8-2 or 9-1 season, depending on how they play in the district.

i forgot about sam yes they return all there backfield but if u have 3 spots to fill on there line it will be tough for them to block as well as last years team exsperience is a big part on the o line and there is tins of assighnments u gotta no they will have a young line next year in exception to sam and danny so i believe they wont block all that well for their skill player..they will win 6-7 games next year with i believe a tough non confernce games.. getting 2nd or 3rd in the distric getting beat by p burg or SV but i hope they win it all

they will be better than what people think up front than what people think their o line coach will have these boys in the weight room all offseason long
they also have alot of young linemen that got some pretty good playing time this year justin chaffins will step into one of the line spots and do a great job but the other spots are up in the air they will be fine

SC will only get better..Shawn is an awesome guy and he has a great relationship with all his players..he screams a lot, but thats ok
a lot of his skillplayers are coming back, and the line will be big and strong like always..

sam and danny will be returning and we have justin chaffins who got to play alot and david hinkle to fill those spots.

sheldon clark will do well this year. they need to work on there defensive backs. corners,and safety postions. Imo they have the talent and a great coach to get the job done and they will be a force to be reckoned with, good luck in the 06 season.
