i say MD by 10

Guess it depends on whether Foster wants to play.

Mater Dei and Mayfield use to play back when Mater Dei was winning state titles with that great QB. They have not been as good lately but are usually still formidable. I am guessing MD b 14 but hope Union wins

id say if union makes work of this mater dei team it will set the standard for the 3a team to beat, this will be a big opener either way for both teams

Not so fast PT will be the team to beat out west, you above all others know this but choose to ignore it. You should see that trophy :1: they have from last year in their trophy case. They return 16 starters, they are defending champs and they put you out last year.

Mater Dei is the better team and they do not lose many at home. Union will be 0-1 after this one but should have a good season, very easy schedule except for Tilghman.

Looks like Devon Foster (again) was not a factor in the Hancock Co. scrimmage. Is he hurt again?

MD is still a very solid program.

no they sat him most of the game and alot of others cause of the heat...the game didnt even start till 8pm, alot of them got dehyrdrated...they ran hancock over at first but the heat was too much and alot of the players sat out

UCFB You have already predicted that Union County will win the district. About 70 miles away on that very same night it was too hot for you guys, five teams (Heath, Ballard Memorial, Graves Co., North Hopkins and PT) were able to scrimmage hard. PT and North Hopkins went at it for 90 minutes. Both teams were in good shape. Last year, UC's excuse in the playoffs was that its power back sprained his ankle in the season's opening game. Now, after another lackluster performance, it's the heat. You will not win at PT's house. Mark it down.

paducah of all teams should know better never to under estimate a team, and we did it in 2008 we can do it again
