They have to make it affordable !! The Miners priced themselves out of getting people to show up ! Make all tickets like 8.00 or so....

I agree! If tickets and season ticket packages are priced reasonably I will not miss a game.

No lie...it's a shame that I move from KY to ATL and it is cheaper to watch MLB, NBA, and NHL teams to play then a minor league basketball team.

I have always thought that Arena Football would be the best fit for the Pikeville area instead of basketball for multiple reasons. I know that the seasons are not as long and only allows for maybe 8 or so home games a season which actually could allow people around here to afford the tickets. Instead of the 15-25 home games for the Miners meaning more money would have to be spent by the community for the Miners to have made a profit, I think that the Arena Football can utilize decent ticket prices mixed with much fewer games to get crowds out to watch. Im pretty excited to see if it happens.
