The Philadelphia 76ers aren't guaranteed to take the man most figure to be the shoo-in as this year's second overall pick in the NBA draft: Ohio State guard/small forward Evan Turner.
While Turner remains the favorite, the Philadelphia Inquirer reports that there is some talk within the team of taking 6-10 Georgia Tech power forward Derrick Favors with the pick instead.
The paper also reports that "the Sixers will continue to listen to trade offers from teams looking to move up in the draft."
It will take a mountain of talent for the team to give up the second pick, though.

I would take Turner and Cousins over Favors.
