So much for this being a blow out like a lot of you were predicting. I tried telling everyone this would be closer than expected.
Kentucky had an 11 point lead with under 5 mins to play but Terone Johnson (Purdue commit- 23 points) took over and made a basket with, I believe, under 20 seconds to go to win the game for Indiana.
Stats for the Ky Boys:
Evans (Lex. Christian)- 20 pts
Watts (McCreary Central)- 18 pts
R. Johnson (Holmes) - 11 pts, 8 rbs
Pittman (Holmes) - 11 pts, 8 rbs
Epley (Trinity) - 11 pts, 4 rbs
Jones (Ballard) - 9 pts
Justice (Shelby Valley)- 7 pts, 4 ast
Jackson (Jeffersontown) - 5 pts
Barnhill (East Carter) - 3 pts
Hall (Franklin Co) - 2 pts
Highlights from the game

This is a pleasant surprise that Ky's most leftovers could hang that tough with mighty Indiana!

Heard after the game Thomas Jackson was dismissed from the team.
Looks like KY will be without him and Sewell tonight, as Sewell didn't play last night either due to violating team rules.

I enjoyed watching elijah pittman, the kid is a very good ball player. As For Elisha Justice, he didnt play good at all. I look for a better game tonight in indiana out of justice.

It's a shame Josh Sewell violated rules and got kicked off the boys team.
Any scores on the girls and boys games in Indianapolis tonight?

I agree Sewell will be a prime time player for Miami (OH) next yr. A lot of the insiders I talk with say they can be a Butler type of team next yr. if Sewell is as good as I say he is. The next Shelvin Mack IMO.

Sewell is not the same type of player as Sheldon Mack
and he will not have that kind of impact at Miami
he will be a secondary player his first year at Miami
His three ball will have to greatly improve to see a lot of prime time at Miami
