X-box 360.....

Well guys after class I have to go to Paintsville Wal-Mart and wait in line to get an x-box 360. DTfan and her aunt are in line right now. We're taking shifts..lol..after I get out of my night class I'm going to Wal-Mart to give her aunt a break, then at 11:30 me and DT can leave. The X-box is for her aunt's brother, so we told them that we would help. I really dont want to go down there though..lol...Talk to you guys later, wish me luck:Thumbs:

i hope your alls walmart got plenty of them, ours only got 43 of them 14 of the cheaper ones and the rest are the more expensive ones and elastigirl just came back from down there and there were already more people waiting than there were xboxes, should be a fun night

Yeah lines sucks, and so do moms that want get on the ole' credit card. lol any way my old ones on ebay right now go look for 42 games 6 controllers and a steering wheel.:yikes:

Well me and Balla just got back. It wasn't that bad I sat there from 4:30 til 8:30 without even getting up. The store has 44 xboxes... 20 of the ones with the harddrive (green) and 24 of the regular ones (white). My aunts are still there...they're trying to get a green one...lol

They must not kick it too hard. There have been a lot more Playstations sold than XBoxs. I don't know the numbers but that's how it seems to me. I remember in high school that anyone that had a system, had a PS2 and the few that did have an XBox, also had a PS2. The trend was exactly the same as college. I strongly prefer PS to X

I have both and as far as sports games go, I prefer the PS2.

Overall, I'd rather have an X-Box due to its capabilities....

The only thing that the Xbox had on the PS2 right now is a slightly stronger system, internal hard drive default in the box, custom tracks for some games, and internal networking port.

To get the hard drive and adapter for PS2, it'd cost you somewhere I'm guessing of 70 dollars maybe. The adapter is $30, and I'm just spitballing about the harddrive, 40$. You still can't play custom tracks if you wanted to, and online is ruined by 56k users.

Also, the biggest lead that Microsoft had on this was Xbox Live, which is great compared to PS2's online system. Why would they even put a dial-up port on the PS2 adapter?

Sony however, said that with the PS3 launch, they would have a system that could rival Xbox Live, and I hope they do. I've been a Sony man since 1997, and I just bought my xbox this year. I do however, play all Xbox now because of Live.

Yea they got one. Cali, I asked your Aunt where you were this weekend because I've been trying to get up with you. She got one so me and DTfan are going with her Aunt to take it to her little brother, thats who it was for.
I want a Playstation when they come out, I just went last night to help out and I didn't have anything else to do except sit at home. It was actually fun because we talked to all kinds of people. If Football thought that we were bragging we weren't, we went to help out. I remember looking at Dt's aunt last night and saying "I was just making fun of people who sit in line for this long, and look I'm one of them now"...lol..she goes "I'm sitting here buying something I'm never going to play"..lol..
We had a blast last night, it was funny..lol

I got five messages on my friends list today, from one person detailing his trip to his wal-mart. Obviously, the language and such was rather explicit so I won't copy it here.

He was mad about these two obese gay guys wanting the last two premiums, and how that made him have to buy a core package, and just the whole message was funny.
