Oregon-17 points
Ohio St-22.7 points

Analysis
I'm a fan of the Big Ten, and Ohio St. has 2 very close, tough losses, but they are what they were, losses.
Oregon lost once to USC, and beat a very good Fresno St. team.
When in doubt, and your dealing with a major conference, I think you always take the team with the lower loss total. I'd take Oregon.

The Pac 10 has the best offensive talent in the country, and it's not much worse than the Big Ten.

Forget OSU
Oregon deserves a spot above everyone next to USC and Texas. They are legimately a top 3-5 team in the country.

According to the numbers Oregon is more deserving, but I don't think they're as good as Ohio St.
