True Belfry only threw the ball 16 times that year and that year if they would have played Boyle they probably wouldnât have threw it any. The thing the gentleman was trying to say was your line was so good last year Boyle had any play in the play book because of the line. Yes Boyle was loaded with athletes at wide receiver and running backs and a very good quarterback but donât think for a minute if the line didnât block those backs would have a hard time gaining all those yards. Plus if the quarterback was running for his life on every play could he make all those great throws heck NFL quarterbacks canât. Boyle is loaded again this year with talent out the butt and I for one hope they play Belfry, that means each team got that far. Will they beat Belfry they sure can but it could go the other way and I know you wonât agree to that and you shouldnât, good luck to you and the Boyle county team and hope we do meet.

Our line last year was awesome.
Go back and watch the game vs Corbin on YouTube and take your stopwatch out. Time how long our QB held the ball before he let it fly. I can pretty much guarantee that anytime he wasn't rolling, the ball was gone in 2 seconds. It doesn't matter how great your line is when the ball is gone that quick to skill kids like we got. And now they're older/bigger/better. Plus our running game will not miss a beat once the OL is up to par.
The line (again) was awesome.
Our playoff road this year is tough and I can't wait to see what our kids are made of. 😎🏈

I watched the game live and what you said maybe true but you still donât get it. If Boyle couldnât have keep the defense honest by running the football and teams didnât have to worry about Boyle running the foot ball. Then teams could have different things to defense the pass but Boyle line made it impossible to try and key on one phase of the game. As I said before all the playbook was wide open. Boyle was one of the best teams I seen last year in all phases of the game and coaching no way I am saying anything bad about them they have all my respect. What I am saying those men in the trenches are the keys to any great football team, sure you have to have good backs that hit the holes and receivers that do there job and quarterback that makes the throws. My thought is it starts in the trenches offensively and defensively. I know with your coaching staff they will be good again this year but like last year they where a work in progress at first until they gelled and then they were great like I said before good luck to you and your team this year and hope we meet.

You can use the run to open up the pass or vice versa....both are effective. This season it remains to be seen on what our staff will decide to do.

Everything is alright never took anything you said to be bad and hope the best for your team(except one game if it happens) but you love your team and that is good. Same for us pond creekers. I know Boyle is going to have a great year and believe these Pirates will baring in bad injuries and hope for a injury free year for your team also. Just like to debate somethings not to be smart or negative about any team so good luck but like reading football threads.

Chuck Smith has been actively pursuing teams that will play us and he would not say no to anyone. Act like a damn grown up and say who you're a fan of because I'll ask Chuck myself if it's true he wouldn't play them.
BTW, there is no team in KY that would could go 10-0 vs BCHS for the next two years. To think that shows you're either a crazed homer or no nothing about football. 🙄

Here are some more facts since you insulted me- The last time Boyle played a Lexington Public school, they beat on 0-10 Dunbar team 14-7 and in that same season they got hammered by Lafayette and yes Boyle had there current coaching staff- The reason why IMO is speed every Lexington school has speed to match Boyle or I would say they are faster as a whole and yes that means this year also- I'm not sure Boyle could/would beat Henry Clay, FD this year if they would it would be in the trenches and coaching, because they are not going to run away from team- I wasn't there but the reason Danville beat you guys last year was speed and Danville just barely beat Tates Creek and no again I'm not a Lexington guy, but facts are facts- can you admit that I never told you I was a Lexington guy? Go to there websites- and to show you that I only state facts- There is no team on Boyle schedule that IMO can beat team- Maybe Lou. Central in the playoffs just because of the speed factor

Do you even realize how fast we are?
Obviously not.
We have a state champion in 100 meter dash. We have the state record/champion 200x4 relay team. We have the state record/champion 100x4 relay team. I bet we have 4/5 kids that run a legit 4.5 or better (one is a 4.39) and a couple more that run a 4.6.
There is NO TEAM in the state faster than us...THAT is FACT.
Nobody is coached better than us. Nobody works harder than us. And nobody wants it more than us.

Hey Brainiac...we had nearly 100 more yards of offense vs Danville. Their "speed" was non-existent vs us. We both made a lot of mistakes (4 TO each), we had too many penalties on offense. They hit a LONG FG in the last minute. We should have beaten them but they got the job done.
Their speed had ZERO to do with it. 😂
