Pikeville has great LBs and DBs with tons of experience. Kid Elam will have his hands full. Can Corbin hold Birchfield under 200 yards and 3 TDs? The Corbin/Johnson Central film says very doubtful!

Maybe! But Pikeville has several excellent backs and 2-3 stud receivers. Looking forward to seeing Elam and Combs. Corbin's new RBs better be excellent or the QBs will be running for their lives all night. I'm still leaning toward instant classic.

Im sure Combs will be used somewhere on Offense. They are trying different looks and ultimately they will get it lined out. I'm thinking they will ultimately rotate Curry and Combs and Wells. They lost a good one to North Laurel.... Gregory is a tank. He would have been a nice one to have kept. I think once the offense gets to work with a solid look at who will be where then they will start to gel. The key is the QB and it all will feed off him and they got one a good one.

You may very well be right but if this move is made it better pan out and be a lot better look than we’ve seen from the OC the last 2 years…natives are getting restless and the dogs are nipping at their heels…

I don’t think anyone on the Corbin side is looking past Pikeville or underestimating them in any way. Win or lose this game should pay dividends for both teams come playoff time…will definitely show what each other are holding
