MVP2 Wrote:What kind of Money did you make dealing cards?
In the casino a dealer averages about 300 dollars a night in tips plus about 5 bucks an hour salary.
Outside the casino in underground settings a dealer can make about the same on average. Occasionally you have the big nights of making well over 500 if the game last longer than normal.
As the supervisor in a casino you make less money than the people you are supervising. I never knew that until I made the jump from dealer to supervisor. A mistake I wouldn't make again.

What's your favorite P&W song?
"Peace in the Valley" - several actually, but this was a song that my dad sang in church, or should I say the most requested song for him to sing. His background, he played rhythm guitar for people like Skeeter Davis and Chet Atkins before he found God. He's actually still singing it in some small churches in EKY, even at 84 he's got a great voice. He lives in Ezel I have EKY in my blood, even though I get roasted for being in NKY.

âRelax, all right? Donât try to strike everybody out. Strikeouts are boring! Besides that, theyâre fascist. Throw some ground balls â itâs more democratic.â

Started watching with an uncle when I was four or five. Had a best friend's dad that ran the lighting at the Cincinnati Gardens and took us to every match. When I was 10, I was meeting the biggest names in the business backstage, and then sitting front row for all of the matches. I had a group of friends that used to get together and watch all of the PPV's (free) throughout the 90's. Really have been a casual viewer over the last 5 years..

There is so much "Heat" down there, they could use a little cold spell. I was wrong at the beginning of the season - if the Heat would have gone undefeated, who would have had any interest in watching anymore. I think they and the NBA have made the right decision to lose some games, just so everyone keeps interest in the NBA!

Trust me gentlemen, it has NOTHING to do with the post count! I do have a passion for this site, and I have really worked hard along with many others to try to build this site into a statewide site. I respect every poster and their opinion, but it does not change the fact that I recognize this site as a place of "debate". So, in the most honest of truth, I am probably despised more than I am liked. But as Dusty Rhodes used to say, it's all about putting (******) Butts in the seats! Too often we take ourselves way too serious on here, but if you can't have fun with it, then it may not be for you. So, long story that caused you to fall asleep a long time ago, it's about the passion for this site:biggrin: I used to get the PM's all the time saying that I have to be a fat computer nerd in glasses with no life.....

SD, which one do you like better, Baseball or Wrestling?

Strikeout King Wrote:SD, which one do you like better, Baseball or Wrestling?
Wow, Baseball is my life. Whether playing or now coaching. I've now got guys that are at the college level, and have helped put 4 kids in college over the last 14 months. Coaching now is a job. But wrestling is for pure entertainment. It's pure fun and something I really love to talk about. SK, you got me on this one. I have never had to answer this question before. But, when it comes down to taking one over the other, it has to be baseball.
