On the big pic, if you dont change the url to "unzip" the source code says sumthin about "a familiar technique with a new extension"? any ideas yet?

hey, im new, i'm also on level 14 when i stumbled across this site. its an entertaining little game when i run out of work to do @ work.
where it says "A familar technique with a new extension" in the source code. that says to me that weve done it before. but im not to sure on the relevance of "understand the picture". i viewed the .jpg file. not sure of its relevance either. i have another 2 and a half hours at work to figure it out though
