Bell, Knox, McCreary, and Mad.Southern are district games. Who are the non-district games?

All I can say is after hearing the scout report recently on the off-season, is "rebuild progression era"!!!!!!!!!......Rockcastle County will be back on the winning track.

This will be the start of the rebuild era...I see Rock at least going as a strong eye-opener a record of 8-4 or 9-3, Rock will be District Runner-Ups and will be a strong potential District contender in 2011, which is Rockcastle's 40th team since 1972. They will be indeed better than the 08 and 09 teams overall.

What do you know that the rest of us need to know? I thought the Rockets lost quite a bit of talent...AND attitude problems. Or is that it, they lost the bad attitude and should play better because of it?

Or is that it, they lost the bad attitude and should play better because of it?Rockcastle on the latest report which I will stay quiet on for now but I give a few notable players: The Thomason boys will be players.....Ben Lake will see more action on both sides of the ball, Clark Rowe weighs in over 190 plus pounds but will be alot better than he was last year, look forward to see him break a few career rushing yardage records within 11 games or less. John L. Saylor will make the impact of offense and defense. The attitude and discipline will change rapidly after knowing that a 5-7 losing record last season approached and will do everything they can in the weightroom,on the field during the spring and summer practices to fundamentally and physically better themselves at the best they can be to not prevent this cause of result again.

why would we worry ?we are working hard in the weight room to .u had better worry about knox they will be the second best team in the district next year if u don't watch out.u keep posting about how good they were in the past.they need to forget about that and work toward the future.our team wouldn't were their rings last year during the season because they had no bearing on the season. each year that team makes it own history good or bad .

Rockcastle is doing well in the weightroom for the word of clear. I'm a diehard true bleeding believer of Rockcastle County sports....trust me, I know alot about dedication, hardwork, admiration about being apart of success. We are not worried about KC as well, We got them at home which is a big advantage in that case which we play 50% percent of our games at home while Bell County plays about 80% percent of their games at home. Rock and KC have been going at it as a rival since 1977, Rock and Bell been going at it from 1982-1990 and from 1999 to present. Remember who you all lost after the last season,it would be a considerate critical season for the bobcats,Rockcastle sure remembers what they lost....the quarterback and the receivers are the biggies to fill along with 1 really good lineman which was Cole Abney,Derrick Thacker did not impress me a bit at all and argubly,Dustin Bishop which was the quarterback that threw over 1,000 yards for the first time since 2005 when Matthew Burkhart threw over 2,000 yards. Bishop on that issue should have got all-state along with Matt Bullens and Jamie Todd. You got to remember what we have coming back as well. Clark Rowe which had over 2,000 yards rushing last year is a junior now in 2010,John L. Saylor which had over 700 yards rushing and tackled successfully along with the Thomason boys,Ben Lake and BB Bradley tackling good as well and could be replace-able for lineman, but that leaves only the receivers and the quarterback position left in question marks. I'll keep posted on them positions and find out. In the meantime, stay focused on who's playing what, who's replacing who, who's Bell playing, etc. If a Rockcastle fan can type what I just did which should give ya a hint, then I'm very sure that a Bell fan can do it as well.

u have your facts about us having 80% of our games at home wrong .we have 4 home games at home out of ten games thats only 40%. our only home games are whitley, madison southern, mcceary central, and johnson central.the first 2 games are bowl games they are away then we have, rock, knox ,soddy daisy, harlan co .they are all away games.
