I was one of the announcers on the radio. Lol, I was neutral . Didn't have a dog in the fight. Didn't go to school in Kentucky. I was proved wrong. I thought Betsy Layne would have defeated South Floyd by plenty. I was proven wrong. Very enjoyable game to watch.

the refs tried to take it from sf????? were we watchin the same game??

Refs were consistent. They let alot of pushing both ways.

I think he was referring to the no call at the end of regulation when Turner was Hacked. I Hate seeing Games decided that way and glad there was no call.

Unless it is absolutely a mugging refs aren't going to call anything at the end. In 10 years of broadcasting , I have seen only one time that an oficial call a foul at the end of a game. Lol, one coach in a post game press conference after a state tourney game said years ago that when the clock gets under five seconds in a game that the officials need to go to the locker room and get dressed.
