In the 33 months since it last lost to a Northern Kentucky opponent, the Highlands football team has posted a 30-1 overall record. It has won back-to-back Class 5A state titles. It has played in one of the country's most high-profile events (the Kirk Herbstreit Ohio vs. USA Challenge) and against one of the country's most high-profile programs (Colerain). It has appeared in various national rankings.
